These terms and conditions made between you and us, concerning your access to and use of the AstraPay Gateway website.
You are agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood and agree with all of these terms and conditions.
We will alert you about any changes and you have right to receive spesific notes of each such change.
Here are the terms and conditions you must be understand and agree with:
- The Site is intented for users who are at least 13 years of age.
- All source code, content, media are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
- All account information you submit through registration form or update account form (name, username, email, telephone number), must be true, accurate and complete.
- You are not allowed to access the Site through automated or non-human means (robots, scripts, etc), except through the official REST API with your project API key and within the rate limit (120 requests per minute).
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or receiving payments for prohibited goods and services.
- We reserve the right to remove, change, update any of your account information.
- You are not allowed to (manually/systematically) collect any data of the Site without written permission from us.
- We reverse the right to temporary suspend or permanently ban your account with or without previous warning.
Fees & Withdrawals
- QRIS transactions are charged 0.7% of the base amount, included in the customer's total payment. Your balance is credited with the base amount in full.
- Each withdrawal is charged Rp 2.500. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 10.000.
- Withdrawals are processed in batch every day at 22:00 WIB, including weekends and national holidays.
- Only one active withdrawal request per user is allowed at a time.
- Your project API key (
pk_live_xxx) is confidential. Do not expose it in frontend code or public repositories. Regenerate it immediately if leaked.
